Circular Saw Processor with Tungsten tipped blade and 15 ton Horizontal splitter.
The ideal Farmers Processor for awkward hedgerow type timber that is often knotty and twisted.
Timber up to 6ft long sits in the trough with the help of the trough extension. The timber is held secure by a grip handle so there is no need to use your hand on the timber. The trough / timber is then pushed through the tungsten tipped saw blade. Maximum cutting diameter is 28cm diameter cut. The cut log is then placed on the 15 ton splitter and pushed through the splitting knife into the 4 meter telescopic / folding conveyor. There vertical knife is a 2 way split and there is an adjustable height 4 way knife included that drops over the 2 way knife. This knife can be hydraulically adjusted in height with an optional kit.
Standard model:
- PTO gearbox drives the saw via 3 belt drive & log splitter via pump + self-contained hydraulic tank.
- Conveyor belt runs from tractor hydraulics
Optional:
- PTO gearbox drives the saw via 3 belt drive & log splitter and conveyor via pump & self-contained hydraulic tank.
